Dr Mike Thompson studied medicine at Westminster and Charing Cross before starting in General Practice in 1993. He broadened his experience by locumming and working in Zimbabwe. One of his partners Dr Miners is also a trainer so there are usually 2 registrars in practice. This is advantageous due to mutual support and sharing of experiences. The practice has a socially mixed population with an age profile closely matching the national average. The practice team works well togetherj and all staff are supportive of trainees. We aim to give an enjoyable and well rounded general practice experience.
