Dr Ernest Crean

Dr Ernest Crean graduated from University College, Dublin and following one year as a registrar in Cardiff settled in Lewes in 1982. He has previously followed many special interests, obstetrics and gynaecology, urology, terminal care and currently specialises in prison medicine. Leisure time is spent enjoying cycling and walking. He advises anyone thinking of joining the scheme “take a good look around the entire area.” His practice offers the full range of patient types, so a year here will give a good grounding in all aspects of General Practice. The year doesn’t follow any planned course but is built around the trainee’s needs. If you need any further information he invites you to e-mail him ernest.crean@nhs.net.
