The surgery at 175 Preston Road is a well established four partner practice serving a varied urban community. We have been a post-graduate training practice for over 20 years, and over the last few years have taken on additional responsibility for teaching medical students from the newly founded Brighton medical school. We operate personal lists, and have an advanced access appointment system. We provide a comprehensive minor surgery service (including electrocautery and cryotherapy) along with IUCD fitting, and nurse-led diabetes, asthma and travel clinics. We have been fully computerised since 2000, and our administrative staff are adept at using the computer to access information for audit.
